The bmcoforum is structured as follows:

The bmcoforum board consists of 10 members.
Corresponding to the work items, the following thematic working groups are established:

• Regulation and spectrum lobbying
• Interoperability
• Bearer technologies
• Broadcast Network structure and coverage expectations
• Generic Business models
• Content formats and services
• Commercial service provisioning
• Seamless unicast/broadcast delivery
• MobiFix - Blending experience on Mobile and TV
• Audience Measurement
• HbbTV on top of mobile TV

The bmcoforum board may form national groups which shall plan and carry out activities designed to meet country-specific needs. If other national organisations already (partly) address such country-specific needs, a close cooperation will be established to avoid duplication of work.

bmcoforum is willing to set up close cooperation with other international organisation, e.g. Digitag, Open Mobile Alliance, Mobile DTV Alliance.
